Hi I'm Jack, or JJ whichever you prefer I guess seeing as the nickname stuck with me since primary school.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, I'm putting out content and resources to help everyone have more fun and gain more from their fitness journey. Whether its diet, exercise or just finding your people, I've something to offer from videos to PDFs to books on it all to help YOU on YOUR personal journey.
